Bella Après

Sometimes when you purchase a home, the bones are excellent. However, there often needs to be adjustments made in order to suit your lifestyle, goals, and vision. That was the exact case with this lovely home in the Cascade area of Vail, Colorado. We named “Bella Après” in recognition of the clients’ love of relaxing in their abode after a day on the slopes. The bones of this home were good, but the rest needed a little love and a lot of reworking.

We performed an extensive remodel of both the interior and exterior of this Vail, Colorado home. The remodel included adding additional square footage, updating the entire interior (flooring, paint, fixtures, appliances, baseboards, trim, bathrooms, furnishings, etc.), and exterior updates to the home.

With extensive home remodels, it’s always exciting to compare the before photos with the after photos once the project has been completed. This portfolio is a mix of what the home looked like prior to KKD coming in and then what the home now looks like after the remodel was completed.
